Chapter 53
2 months later
Lacy:
After that night in NY I decided to take trey advice and move down to Atlanta with him. I told him I couldn’t just up and move with hm, so I got me a small 2 bedroom condo. It was like the same size as my apartment in Indiana. So far everything has been going good. I don’t why but we understand each other more often, we argue less.
Last week my baby turned one. We had a small pool party at trey’s place for her. Even though I told try she doesn’t need much he still went all out. He got her all types of shoes because she just started walking. And she mumbles little stuff here and there, but she can say dad she can’t say mom at all no matter how hard I try to get her to say it, she just says dad.
I got a job down here with the state working with homeless and abused kids. Something quite like what I use to do at my old job. But instead of me working in the same facility the kids live, I actually have to go visit them, and do counseling. I like it so far. I only work from monday through Thursday. And I only work from 9am to 2pm.
I have a nanny who watches leah and tutors her until I get off from work. Yeah I knows she’s only one, but if you start teaching her early she’ll understand more as she grows up.
Usually trey would be here or in the studio. But recently he’s been planning a tour. We usually have the Saturday nights together. Speaking of him, he haven’t called me today. I grabbed my phone and dialed his number.
“Hello”
“What you doing? you haven’t called me today”
“Yeah, I know I just have been really busy, trying to get things together for this tour, stressing over it, I just want everything to go as planned, you know?”
“No, I don’t know, but I understand you want things to be just right for your fans.”
“whats up, did you need something?”
“No, I was just wondering what was up with you, are you going to come over tomorrow?”
“You know, I was thinking y’all should com over here tonight, before I have to leave”
“But your not leaving until another week”
“I know but I just want y’all over here with me”
“Ok, we shall be over there later on then”
“Oh and bring some popcorn”
“Its popcorn at your house already”
“No, I ate all that”
“Ok, fine we’ll be on our way, bye” I said and hung up. I went to pack up a night bag for me a leah. I wonder why he wants us to come ove a day early. He must be leaving early to go on tour.

“Whats this movie called?”
“Inception, one of my favorite movies”
“Oh, ok”
“Pass me that popcorn” He asked me, I handed him the bowl and stared at his eyebrows.
“You need to get your eyebrows done” said to trey just watching him making a funny face while still looking at the tv.
“Why you want us over here today and not tomorrow? You must be leaving early”
“I wanted you to come over here to make another baby” Trey said rolling over on top of me.
“Me have another kid, nahh I don’t think so, one is enough for now”
“You can handle two right now, what you talking about”
“No I can’t, you are barely around as it is.”
“I’m surprised your not pregnant now”
“Shut up” I said laughing, making a kissy face so he can give me a kiss.”You know I’m surprised you don’t have any other kids by now”
Trey looked at me with a why the fuck would you say that face.
“Why would you think that?” He said getting off me.
“I was just saying” why is he getting so mad. I didn’t take offense to what he said.
” yeah, whatever”
“Why are you getting upset? I didn’t get upset when you asked me about another baby”
“Thats because your saying it as if, I was gonna have one by somebody else, If I said I’m with you, I’m with you”
“ok, damn, you don’t have to get all defensive about it, IF your gonna act like this all fucking night, I can just go home”I said sitting up in the bed.
“Do whatever you want”
“Fine” I said putting my shoes back on and getting my keys. I went to go get leah out of her room here.
“Don’t leave” Trey said walking up behind me. “I’m sorry, I just blew it out of portion, please stay”
I looked over in leah bed and she was knocked out. Guess I’ll stay, don’t want to wake her up.
“Please”
“Ok” I said walking away to trey’s guest room.
“why you going in here?”
“I’m sleeping in here”
“I said I was sorry” Trey said walking behind me
“And I heard you when you said it” I said turning around facing him.
“Do you forgive me?”
“Does it matter?”I said rolling my eyes. Trey smirked and grabbed my ass pulling me into him kissing on my lips.
“Take this shit off” He whispered in my ear, with one hand on my ass, and one hand lifting up my shirt. Then he went to work on my neck.

I woke up early this morning seeing trey leave, I knew thats was why he wanted me to come over here. I’m so sore from last night, we fucked all over. I knew he wanted that too figuring he would have to leave. He said he’ll be back in a week. Then stay for a couple days then he’ll be gone for 4 months. I’m gonna miss him, no matter what we do, we’ll always love each other.
“Leahhhh”
“Dadyyy”
“No say mommy”
“Daddy”She said running into my leg.
“Daddy went bye bye, say mommy”
“No, daddy” She said running into trey’s closet knocking a box with papers and pictures over.
“see what happened, come on, leah lets go home”I said picking up the box putting stuff back in there. I noticed a picture of a sonogram, on the back of the picture it said “It’s a Boy”. I wonder who baby is this, trey would tell me about this right? Then I kept looking through stuff and one of the envelopes said, “Your god Son”. A big relief came over me. Let me go home before I find something I wasn’t suppose to.

Chapter 52
Lacy:
I barely talk to trey anymore. Yeah I miss him, but this is what he wanted. I’m not gonna fight for something nobody wants to work on. Ms. April barely talks to me anymore either ever since Leah was in the hospital. That’s where Leah is now with her granny visiting while I go see shelly. Its a surprise, she doesn’t know I’m coming.
“What you doing?”
“Nothing sitting at home bored need something to do”
“Well, since you bored, come open the door”
“Wait, your outside..right now?”
“Yes, bitch now open the damn door, its cold out here”
“Ok, hold on”
I waited for her to open the door, it sounded like she was trying to get to the door like it was stuff everywhere.
“I’m sorry, come in, excuse my house for now, I haven’t got a chance to clean it up” She said shutting the door after me.
“I see, who baby stuff is this?”
“Welll..mines”
“What?..I thought”
“Yeah, I thought so too, but the doctor didn’t give me the right medicine to take so I ended up having a boy, I figured then it was meant for me to keep a baby”
“awww well where is he?”
“He is with his other side of the family now, but yeah..” She said sighing glad she got that off her chest.
“Well why didn’t you tell me sooner? And what does Matt think of it?”
“Me and matt don’t even talk anymore, he doesn’t want anything to do with me”

“Don’t worry about me, what about you and mr. neverson, and where is my god daughter?”
“Girl, me and Tremaine are not on the same page, were just taking time away from each other, and leah is with her grandmother for the weekend”

“Oh my Gosh! I’m so sorry” I said hiding my face, knowing my cheeks was changing color.

“I don’t know, it’s weird, but hey are you going to be here all day?”

“Because I was going to go catch up with some old friends while I was down here”

“Well, Thank you. I see someone did there research. (we both laughed) I’m only missing one thing”
“And whats that?” I said taking a sip of my drink.
“You” He said reaching for my hand. I almost spit out my drink.
“Lets be real, I haven’t talked to you in over 2 years, I can’t just hop in your life like that, and plus I have a daughter, and you have so much ahead of you”
“Wow, Lacy….so who is he? He got you tight ass fuck, excuse me but your not the Lacy I remember”
“I’m sorry you feel that way, and he’s not a factor” I said looking his way giving him eye contact.

“You know what” I said getting my purse taking out a twenty to pay the bar. I grabbed my stuff to leave but he chased after me.
“Lacy please” He said, he knew when he tuned in his soft voice I couldn’t say no. I stopped dead in my tracks and turned around. I was drowned in by a kiss, It caught me off guard so I smacked the shit out of him.
“Juan what the fuck is wrong with you? Just delete my number”
“I’m sorry I shouldn’t have done that, its just”
“Save it” I said putting up my hand and walking to my car.

“Sooooo how did it go, do you still have that kiddy crush on juan like you use too?” Shelly said . I went to get a hotel room last night, because I didn’t feel like staying in shelly’s messy house, even though I love her, something just sounds offish about her. I can feel that she’s hiding something.

“Bye” I said hanging up the phone. I checked my phone and I had no text or missed calls from anybody. My phone was completely dry. I guess I can just relax and chill.
I turned on the shower to warm up the bathroom so I can take a shower. I got my clothes out my night bag, and put them on the bed. I noticed I had a missed call from trey and a text from him.
Trey: Where you at?
I just rolled my eyes and got n the shower. I washed mt body for the first 5 minutes, and just let the hot water run on me.
I been in the shower so long I had the water on full blast hot and t was turning into to cold water. I jumped out the shower and wrapped a towel around myself and just sat in the bed, I was freezing in the hotel room!
Trey: answer the phone, I know you seen my text.
Me: I was in the shower, and I’m out of town.
Trey: Out of town where?
Me: Don’t worry about it , and don’t call me again I’m gong to bed. Night
I turned my phone on vibrate, and closed my eyes to sleep. Rest finally

Trey:
I was in NY for a min to take care of some business. And little did I know I see Lacy in the blogs every damn where, with some dude name Juan just signed with the knicks. That’s crazy because she never liked the paps with me.
A little birdy told me what hotel she was at so I was going to pay her a visit.

She snatched the door open so fast and walked away knowing it was me.

“I bet, you probably let him hit it on the first night, like you let me” I said with a cold heart. The next thing I knew she slapped me on my face.

I was lost for words, I didn’t know what to say, trey never told me how he felt, well not like this. Next thing I knew my water fell from my eyes and trey lips were smothered in my mines I could barely catch my breath.
